This is almost always fixed by logging out and back in. Open the app, go to your profile, tap Log Out, then sign back in with the same email you used to pay. Your book will appear in your library. If it still doesn’t show after that, contact us at support@goldeneffort.com.

Use the exact same email address you registered with on the Golden Effort app. This is how the system knows which account to give the book to. If you’re not sure which email you used, open the app and check your profile.
Yes! Just enter their email address (the one they registered with on the app) instead of yours when filling the form. The book will be delivered to their account. You can pay with your own MoMo — the book goes to whoever’s email you enter.
